- VICTOR CARRANZA- I began my Real Estate career after graduating the University of Central Florida in 2006. I worked with a small investor in Polk County who owned 111 units. I assisted in managing, budgeting, collecting, maintaining and rehabbing these properties. I was also the assistant manager for 11 newly constructed single-family homes.
In 2008 I worked as a closer and title processor. In 2011, I moved to First Service Residential where I was the Vendor Manager for four (4) different states managing over 3,000 properties in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
In 2013 I worked as a Transaction Coordinator and Acquisitions Analyst for Invitation Homes a/k/a BlackStone Group. I am currently an Acquisitions Analyst for River Rock Capital and Property Manager and Realtor for SouthCrest Realty, LLC.
I have extensive knowledge in Acquisitions, Consulting, Property Management, Buying/Selling, Contract Negotiation, Foreclosure and Short Sale experience.
